Today we will be working in the lab with food sample to determine which types of biological molecules are present - we will be doing 3 different tests; testing for lipid molecules, testing for monosaccharides (simple sugars) and testing for starch (large carbohydrate molecules).
For each test, I want you to use the iPads or your phones to take pictures of your observations & results and post them to your blog, as well as complete your lab questions and publish them - each student should have their own post for questions on their own blogs.
